摘要
为了获得飞机用铝锂合金I形型材滚弯工艺参数,综合考虑滚轮间隙和线速度的影响,结合型材截面外形,进行了滚轮设计。并将加工完的滚轮安装到4轴滚弯机床上,进行了I形型材的滚弯加工,通过将加工完的零件与标准样模进行比对,零件贴模情况良好。最终确定了加工曲率半径为R23,522mm的I形型材的工艺参数X=81mm,Y=81mm,W=53mm。型材刚好发生塑性变形时X=Y=56mm,型材发生破坏时X=Y=110mm。
To get the roll bending process parameter for A1-Li alloy aircraft profile of section I, comprehensive consideration of the effects of roller clearance, line speed and section shape of profile, roller design was conducted. Then installed the roller to the roll bending machine, it was carried out of the roll bending forming for section I profile, compared with forming part and standard die, the part sticked well to the die. It was confirmed that process parameter X and Y were 81mm,W was 53mm when the forming curvature radius of section I profile was R23,522mm. Parameter X and Y were 56mm while profile happened plastic deformation, as the profile cracked, X and Y were 110mm.
