摘要
高等职业教育的模具设计与制造专业人才培养应保持与社会需求紧密对接,服务于区域内模具产业的新型工业化建设。同时,由于我国模具产业发展不均衡,不同区域所需的高技能人才不尽相同。高职院校需引导社会各界特别是行业企业积极参与,结合各自的区域特色和产业特点,改革和发展高职模具设计与制造专业的人才培养模式。
The cultivation of die ＆ mold design and manufacturing group of higher vocational education should keep close docking with the social needs, and service to the new industrialization construction of die ＆ mold industry in the area. At the same time, due to the unbalanced development of die ＆ mold industry in china, high skill talents needed in different regions are not same. Higher vocational colleges should guide all sectors of the community, especially the industry, to participate in the program,and reform and development the cultivation mode of the die ＆ mold design and manufacturing group of higher vocational education, combined with regional characteristics and industrial characteristics of their ownculture.
