摘要
为提升企业技术创新能力,解决企业工程技术人员和现场技师在技术创新过程中"有想法、缺方法"的瓶颈,马钢自2012年开始,以公司教育培训中心为以托,以培训为切入点,在全公司范围内有计划、有组织地导入TRIZ理论,在人才培养和课题解决方面成效显著。
To promote enterprise innovative ability and to solve the problems of engineers with ideas yet lack of methods in the course of creation, Masteel, since 2012, has carried out training to introduce TRIZ theory by education training cen- ter systematically in the entire company and achieved conspicuous effect in cultivating talents and solving problems.
