摘要
高职院校实施人才培养质量第三方评价可以真实反映人才培养情况,促进提高人才培养质量。目前高职院校实施第三方评价存在主动性不强、评价主体参与评价的积极性不高、信息采集难度大等问题。应通过确立评价目标、完善保障措施、设计评价方案等策略探索实施第三方的评价。
The third-party evaluation of implementation of talent training quality in vocational colleges can reflect the re- al, objective and fair personnel training situation, and promote talents cultivation quality. But nowadays the initiative of the third party evaluation in vocational colleges is not active, and the enthusiasm of participation in the evaluation is not high. Furthermore, the in/ormation acquisition is difficult. We should guarantee the third party evaluation through establishing e- valuation objective, perfecting measures and evaluation programs etc.
