摘要
长期以来,很多国家对住房金融制度进行了长期不懈的探索,形成多样性的住房金融制度,其中,美国(资本市场型住房金融制度)、德国(合同储蓄型住房金融制度)与新加坡(强制储蓄型住房金融制度)特征最为典型,对解决本国居民住房问题,促进经济发展发挥了积极作用。他山之石可以攻玉,借鉴美国、德国和新加坡三个国家的住房金融制度成熟经验,对于我国住房金融制度的构建意义重大。
Many countries have made unremitting explorations in the housing finance system,hence diverse housing financial systems appear. Among them,the capital market mode applied in America,the con- tract-savings mode in Germany and the compulsory savings mode in Singapore are the best known. They not only play a positive role in promoting economic development but help solve the housing problem of domestic residents. Through the analysis of the mature practices of the foreign housing financial systems conducted respectively in the United States,Germany,Singapore,the author puts forward some suggestions in the con- struction of our own housing financial system in China.
