抑制载鸭水体有害细菌和内毒素污染对肉鸭生长性能的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究降低载鸭水体革兰氏阴性菌和内毒素污染对肉鸭肠道发育和生长性能的影响。将480只1日龄鸭随机分成4组,包括对照组、对照组+低聚半乳糖、对照组+光合细菌以及对照组+低聚半乳糖+光合细菌。每组4个重复,每个重复30只。在50d的试验期间采用"高床+水池"模式养殖至出栏。结果表明,日粮添加低聚半乳糖和向载鸭水体应用光合细菌均抑制水体大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和志贺氏菌数量(P<0.05),降低鸭血液内毒素浓度(P<0.05),增加肠黏膜绒毛长度(P<0.05),提高肉鸭日增重(P<0.05),降低料重比和死亡率(P<0.05)。表明低聚半乳糖和光合细菌通过降低养殖水体革兰氏阴性菌和内毒素水平促进肠道吸收能力,提高肉鸭生长性能。 To investigate the effect of reduction of pathogenic bacteria growth and LPS in living water on gut health and growth performance of growing ducks,480 Sanshui white ducklings of 1-d old were e- qually allocated into 16 "slate floor bed + water pool" pens using a 2 × 2 factorial design. Each treatment combination had 4 replicates of 30 birds. In the 50-d experimental period, the ducks received 2 main treat- ments: supplementation of oligo-galactose product in the feed, and treatment with photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) to the pool water. Both oligo-galactose production and PSB treatments significantly suppressed wa- ter counts of Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Shigella, and LPS concentrations in duck blood (P〈0.05). The results showed the two treatments significantly increased gut epithelia villus length (P〈0.05), reduced mortality rate and improved feed conversion efficiency, and improved weight gain (P〈0.05). These results indicate that treatments with oligo-galactose and photosynthetic bacteria can enhance duck growth by improving gut health and nutrient absorption, and alleviating stress effects, through inhibiting Gram-negative bacteria and LPS contamination in duck living water.
