微纳米中草药添加剂对育肥猪生产性能的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Micro-nano Chinese Herbal Additives on Growth,Carcass Traits,Serum Hormone and Antioxidancy of Growing-finishing Pigs

摘要 为研究微纳米中草药添加剂对生长育肥猪的影响,200头31.5kg左右体重的杜长大三元杂交猪被随机饲喂无抗基础日粮(A组),基础日粮添加0.6%抗生素制剂(B组)和基础日粮添加1.0%、2.0%和3.0%水平的微纳米中草药添加剂(C、D、E组)。试验期为90d,结束时选20头猪屠宰并采集血样,测定其生产性能、胴体性状、血清激素水平及抗氧化能力。结果表明:(1)C、D、E 3组猪的ADG均较A组极显著提高;(2)B、C、D、E 4组的眼肌面积均较A组显著提高;(3)C、D、E 3组猪的血清GH和IGF-Ⅰ水平较A组分别提高了9.33%(P>0.05)、26.78%(P<0.05)、14.78%(P>0.05)和14.59%(P>0.05)、24.16%(P<0.05)、10.32%(P>0.05);(4)C、D、E 3组猪血清GSH-Px活性及TAC分别较A组显著升高16.94%、25.42%、22.59%和19.71%、30.17%、30.17%。结果表明:微纳米中草药添加剂能有效改善生长育肥猪的生产性能、胴体性状、血清激素水平及抗氧化能力,效果优于抗生素,尤以2.0%添加水平的效果最佳。 To explore the effect of micro-nano Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance,carcass trait,serum hormone level and antioxidant capacity of growing-finishing pigs,200 DLY finishing-growing pigs averaging 31.5kg weight were randomly divided into five groups for a 90 dtest.Group A(also the control)was fed basal diet without antibiotics,group B,C,D and E were supplemented with0.6%,1.0%,2.0% and 3.0% micro-nano Chinese herbal medicine antibiotic additive,respectively,and then selected,slaughtered and their blood samples collected,growth performance,carcass trait,serum hormone level and antioxidant capacity of growing-finishing pig were determined after the experiment.The results showed that the ADG in group C,D and E increased significantly(P〈0.01).The F/G in group D was 10.54% and 7.76%lower than that in group A and B.The eye muscle area in experiment group rose significantly.The dressing percentage,lean percentage and hind leg proportion in the four experimental groups increased to some extent,but the back fat and Suet weight tended to decrease.The serum GH and IGF-Ⅰlevels in group C,D and E surpassed that in group A by 9.33%,26.78%,14.78% and 14.59%,24.16%,10.32%respectively.The insulin level increased while the Cor level decreased.The GSH-Px activity and TAC in group C,D and E overran that in control group by 16.94%,25.42%,22.59%and 19.71%,30.17%,30.17%,respectively.The SOD activity increased to some extent and the significant difference was not observed in MDA concentration among the five groups.The results indicated that the micro-nano Chinese herbal medicine can improve the growth performance,carcass trait,serum hormone level and antioxidant capacity of growing-finishing pig,and the effect was better than antibiotic,especially with a dosage of 2.0%.
