Effect Analysis of Medical Orderly in Specialist Operation Team Centralized Training

目的探讨专科手术队卫生员集中培训的效果。方法选择18名联勤分部机关和仓库卫生员作为专科手术队卫生员,对其进行为期3个月的分时、分人、分组集中培训。结果卫生员培训后各项目的考核合格率均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论集中培训提高了卫生员的专业知识水平和实际操作能力,为军事训练提供了有力保障。

Objective To discuss the effect of medical orderly in specialist operation team centralized train-ing.Methods Totally 18 medical orderlies were selected and receieved 3 months centralized training.Results The pass rate in each dimension after training were higher than before training（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Centralized training improves the professional recognition and actual practice ability of medical orderlies, and provide guarantee for military training.
