高职院校国际化发展路径探索研究——以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例

On Route of Internationalization Development for Higher Vocational Colleges——Case Study of Jiangsu Vocational College of Architectural Technology

该研究从江苏省的国际化外部环境与国家示范高职院校在后示范阶段建设发展的内在需求，以及高职院校在推进国际化进程中面临资源有限，发展空间受限的困境出发，以江苏建筑职业技术学院为个案进行分析研究，通过该校与澳洲昆士兰科技大学建筑设计“3＋2”学分续接的专本连读项目，与韩国永进大学的“2＋1”机械制造与自动化的中外合作项目，以及与台湾地区的校际学生学期交流项目的特点分析，提出高职院校在未来国际化发展的路径，即领导层面的合理顶层设计、国际项目本身的持续有效的跟进、中外合作项目双赢的合作基础落实。最终通过“引进来、走出去”达到引进国外优质资源，有针对性的消化并整合为我所用，实现高职院校从交流参与的层次到合作主导的质性转变。

The research, taking the internal demand of internationalization of Jiangsu province and the external environment for vocational colleges in the later phase of national demonstration construction into consideration, as wel as the dilemma situation of limited resources and development opportunities, analyzes one case of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute, which cooperates with a few foreign countries of Qeensland University of Technology （ articulation agreement of 3 ＋ 2 for Architectural Study）and Yeunjin University from Korea （2 ＋ 1 mechanical manufacturing and automation） and exchange students in Taiwan Region, explores the possible internationalization development route for higher vocational colleges through reasonable top - down design, project sustainment and effective follow - up and implementation of the cooperation projects , gurantees the high quality resources by ＂bringing in and going out＂ to reaize win - win cooperationt , thus fulfill the fundamental change of the vocational colleges from participation roles into levelled dominant position.
