摘要
对于承租人权益价值评估的两种方法,现有文献未能指出其运用上的区别。通过对比分析,发现这两种方法对应的计算公式并不等价,而是各有其特定的运用前提条件的,并探讨了承租人权益价值评估的技术路线。
For two kinds of appraisal approach of tenant rights value ,the existing literature fails to point out its difference between its use .Through the detailed comparison and analysis ,this paper finds that the two corresponding calculation formula are not equivalent ,and they both have their own specific use condition .This paper also discusses the appraisal technical route of the tenant rights value .
