摘要
针对现代制造行业零件的流水加工现状及煤矿行业物料传输分拣情况,研制了光机电一体化物料分拣机,对其进行了总体模块化划分与设计,主要集机械传动技术、PLC技术、气动技术、传感器技术、变频技术、触摸技术于一体,实现了一机多能的自动化作业.同时,分拣机上还设计有触摸系统,能实现触摸控制.能高效、准确替代重复的物料分拣作业.
Aiming at the present situation of water processing and sorting of modern manufacturing industry material transmission parts of Coal mining industry, the material sorting machine of light mechanical and electrical integration is developed. The overall design and module partition have been carried on, which mainly contain mechanical transmission technology, PLC technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, frequency conversion technology and touch technology realizing the automation operation. At the same time, the machine is also provid- ed with a touch system, which can been controlled by the touch system and can efficiently and accurately replace the repeated the material sorting operation.
