一辆上海PASSAT轿车,出现发动机启动困难、抖动、加速无力并伴有排气管放炮等故障现象.根据该车发动机系统的工作原理及控制电路的分析,并通过缸压测量、烟显法等检查方法,最终确定导致该车的故障原因为发动机配气机构中四缸排气气门断裂,导致该缸漏气,不能形成有效缸压,发动机出现启动困难、抖动等故障现象,更换该气门后故障彻底排除.

Ac- cording to the working principle and control circuit of the ear engine system analysis, and through the inspection methods of cylinder pressure measurement and showing method, such as smoke, the cause of the car＇s fault was eventually determined which is four cylinder of valve-train engine exhaust valve fault, causing the cylinder gas leakage, engine fault phenomena such as difficulty in starting and dithering and not forming effective cylinder pressure. The failure is completely ruled out after replacement of the valve.
