摘要
目的研究石墨炉原子吸收测定不锈钢食具容器乙酸浸泡液中痕量镉、铅、镍、铬的方法。方法用4%乙酸煮沸浸泡不锈钢材料,将浸泡液通过石墨炉原子吸收仪分别测定镉、铅、镍、铬。结果镉在0.0005~0.006μg/ml范围内、铅在0.005~0.060μg/ml范围内、镍在0.010~0.080μg/ml范围内、铬在0.005~0.040μg/ml范围内均具有良好的线性,相关系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率分别为镉98%~100%、铅98%~104%、镍99%~102%、铬96%~101%,检出限分别为镉6×10-5μg/ml、铅4×10-4μg/ml、镍8×10-4μg/ml、铬3×10-4μg/ml。结论所建立的方法可简化样品浸泡液的前处理,只使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定,就能够满足对四种金属元素的分析要求。方法灵敏度高,重现性好,简便准确。
Objective To establish a testing method for determining the trace amount of cadmium,lead,nickel,and chromium in soaking liquid Of stainless steel food containers by graphite furnace atomic spectrophotometry(GFAAS). Methods With 4% acetic acid boiling and soaking stainless steel material, the leaching of cadmium,lead,nickel,and chromium was measured by GFAAS. Results Cd was in the range of 0. 000 5-0. 006 μg/ml;Pb was in the range of 0. 005-0. 060 μg/ml;Ni was in the range of 0. 010-0. 080μ g/ml,and Cr was in the range of 0. 005-0. 040 μg/ml. All tested elements had good linearity and their correlation coefficients were above 0. 999. Their spike recoveries were 98%-100%, 98%-104%, 99%-102 %, and 96 %-101 %, respectively. Their detection limits were 6 ;〈 10-5 μg/ml, 4 × 10 4 μg/ml, 8 × 10-4 μg/ml, and 3 × 10 4 μg/ml,respectively. Conclusion This test method can simplify sample soaking pretreatment. Using GFAAS a- lone can satisfy the analysis requirement of four metal dements. This method is of high sensitivity, good reproducibility, simplicity and accuracy.
