摘要
作为抗生素的替代品，植物精油已成为动物营养研究的热点。植物精油具有抗氧化、抗菌和免疫调节等作用，能够促进动物生长，提高生产性能。本文结合国内外关于植物精油在畜禽生产中的应用，综述了植物精油在抗菌、抗氧化和免疫调节等方面的作用和相关机制。
