摘要
选取1日龄广西三黄鸡1200羽,随机分为4组,每组300羽,每组设3个重复,每个重复100羽。对照组日粮为原基础日粮配方(玉米豆粕型配方),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日粮分别在基础日粮配方中添加100、200、300克/吨微生态制剂。试验结果表明,在试验全期,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均显著提高日采食量、日增重(P〈0.05),显著降低料肉比(P〈0.05),试验3组中试验Ⅱ的效果最显著;与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均显著降低发病率和死淘率,试验3组中,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的效果优于试验Ⅰ组。综上所述,乳酸菌类微生态制剂可显著提高三黄鸡生产性能,显著降低发病率和死淘率,推荐适宜的添加量为200轰/咬。
A total of 1200 1 - day - old healthy Yellow - feathered broilers with similar boby- weight were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 100 broilers in each replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet; Groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ were experimental groups which fed the basal diets supplemented with 100,200,300 g/t microbial ecological agent inclu- ding the lactic acid bacteria as the foundation, respectively. The results showed that, in the whole experiment period, compared with the control group,groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ increased feed intake and average daily gain significantly ( P 〈0. 05 ), decreased feed/gain significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), the group III is better than the group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ. It indicated that microbial ecological agent could improve the production performance of Yellow -feathered broilers, significantly reduce the incidence and mortality. Its appropriate level of adding in diet was 200g/t.
