摘要
"慕课"是在网络课程的基础上发展起来的,具有不同于传统课堂教学的特点。"慕课"的迅速扩张在教学模式、教学方法和教学内容选择等方面给我国地方本科院校法学教学以巨大的冲击。为此,应借鉴"慕课"经验,树立和贯彻"以教师为主导、以学生为主体"的理念和差异化教学的理念;促进教学内容选择的合理化;优化教学模式、方式、方法,实行小班互动式教学,引导、启发学生自主学习,根据不同课程类型、不同授课阶段采用不同的教学方法;促进教学评价的合理化。
MOOCs, developed on the basis of network curriculum, has characteristics different from traditional classroom teaching. The rapid expansion of MOOCs brings great impact on law teaching in f local undergraduate uni- versities in China in the aspects of teaching mode, teaching method and choice of teaching content, etc. Local under- graduate universities in China should learn from experience of MOOCS, rationalize choice of teaching content, opti- mize teaching methods, guide and inspire students to learn spontaneously, adopt different teaching methods according to different types of courses and stages of teaching,and promote the rationalization of teaching evaluation.
