摘要
《战略管理》课程由于其内容的综合性和抽象性,使得学生不容易理解其真正内涵。本文通过分析当前《战略管理》课程教学过程中存在的具体问题,提出当前完善课程教学的具体改进方法,包括培养学生战略意识、采取开放式教学模式、鼓励学生竞争的教学模式、加强教学的实践环节、改变考试评分方式等。
Because of its comprehensive and abstract content,it is hard for students tounderstand the true con- notation of the strategic management. Through analyzing the specific problems existing in the teaching process, this article puts forward the perfect teaching improvement methods of strategic management, including developing students＇consciousness of strategy, the open teaching mode, the competition -encouragingmode so as to strengthen the practice teaching,change the way of exam,etc.
