超级UPS中锂电池功率变换单元设计 被引量:4

摘要 为了进一步提高供电电源的可靠性、安全性,超级UPS的概念应运而生。超级UPS包含电网、燃气发电机、锂离子电池、新能源等多种能源。除了作为后备储能外,在外部两种能源进行切换的间隙,锂电池功率变换单元需要紧急放电以支撑母线,直至两种能源完成切换。首先分析了超级UPS系统对锂电池功率变换单元的接入需求;然后为了提高电池充放电的控制精度,重点分析了检测通道的误差;最后,设计的锂电池功率变换单元方案在10 k W样机中进行了验证。 To further increase the reliability, safety of the power supply, concept of the super UPS occurs. Super UPS is composed of multiple sources such as Grid, Gas turbine, Li-ion battery and renewable energy. The Li-ion battery power conversion system need to support the DC bus quickly when emergency happens and cooperated with other two module to stabilize the load supply. In this paper, the demand of the Li-ion battery module is analyzed. Then in order to get a high charging and discharging accuracy, sampling error is analyzed the design of the Li-ion power conversion system is proposed based on the character test of the battery. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the 10kW prototype.
