电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定焊材熔敷金属中的钨元素

摘要 建立了焊材熔敷金属中的钨元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)的测定方法,样品经盐酸、硝酸、磷酸溶解,硫酸冒烟,以水稀释定容,曲线采用基体匹配,于优化选定的仪器条件下测定钨元素。本方法与GB/T223.43-2008检测方法结果一致,本方法测定回收率均在96.0%~99.0%之间,标准偏差小于0.7%,该法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确。 To establish the method for determination of tungsten element in welding deposited metal by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), what is more, the sample dissolve in nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphate acid, sulfuric acid smoke and then dilution constant volume by deionized water. The operational parameters adopt for matrix matching, determination of tungsten element in the optimized selection conditions. This analysis result of the method is same to the result of GB/T223.43-2008, the recovery within the range of 96.0% to 99.0%, and the standard deviation is less than 0.7%. The satisfactory results obtain with this samr^le and effective.
