该文利用故障树分析法,通过分析输送带常见故障,建立具有4个逻辑或门、1个逻辑与门、9个底事件的故障树。通过定性分析发现,输送带跑偏、输送带打滑以及输送带张力超限是导致事故发生的主要因素。根据故障树分析法的结果,提出了相应的改进措施。

in this paper, by using the fault tree analysis method, through the analysis of the common fault of belt conveyor, establishing the fault tree with 4 logic or gate, the 1 logic gate, 9 bottom events. the qualitative analysis found that the conveying belt and conveyor belt tension overload and the belt deviation are the main factor leading to the accident, According to the method of fault tree analysis results, put forward corresponding improvement measures.
