阐述了陈四楼煤矿通过创新管理,在安监队伍廉政建设中制定和实施"安监廉政班组"、"廉政互保伙伴"、"廉政风险抵押金"、"安监员末位淘汰"等创新机制,努力构筑确保矿井安全生产的铜墙铁壁。
This paper describes Chensilou coal mine through innovation in management, in the security team building, enact and implement an honest and clean government team, the mutual partners＂, ＂the risk of mortgage payment＂, ＂screeners elimination＂ and other innovative mechanisms, and strive to build iron bastions to ensure mine safety in production.
