基于正规循环的验收员作业流程研究

作为生产现场工程质量直接管理人,煤矿安全质量验收员在综掘区队安全质量标准化管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用。为此,笔者建立了一套基于正规循环、与综掘生产施工同步的验收员作业流程,绘制了煤矿验收员作业流程图表,并详细分析了各项流程的具体内容,为煤矿综掘区队验收员的培训、培养做出了有益的探索,并提供了一套科学化、精细化的管理方案。
