摘要
浙能绍兴滨海热电有限责任公司目前拥有两台采用汽动给水泵供水的300MW机组,汽动给水泵运行的正常与否决定了机组的安全和经济运行,作为汽动给水泵的驱动装置给水泵汽轮机的可靠性至关重要。以某300MW机组给水泵汽轮机为例,介绍了汽动给水泵启动过程中,因给水泵汽轮机无法挂闸,从而导致汽动给水泵无法正常使用。通过对此故障原因的仔细排查,找出了故障点,恢复了汽动给水泵的正常运行。
Zhejiang zheneng Shaoxing coastal cogeneration Co. Ltd.has two sets of the steam driven feedwater pump for 300 MW unit to water supply now. Steam driven feedwater pump operation is normal or not determines the safety and economic operation of the unit,so the reliability of the feedwater pump turbine is very important. Take one feedwater pump turbine of 300 MW unit as an example,introducing the feedwater pump turbine can't latching which leads to the unnormal use of water supply when in its beginning process. Through careful investigation to find out the cause of the fault,and restore the normal operation of the feedwater pump.
