摘要
目的 探讨豆制品饮食对围绝经期综合征(PS)妇女性激素水平的影响.方法 将研究对象随机分为两组,实验组给予个体化饮食治疗,对照组给予服用谷维素,随访一年监测实验前后研究对象血液中性激素水平.结果 干预后,总有效率干预组(68.08%)明显高于对照组(40.00%);两组患者激素水平比较,tE2=14.8141,tPRO=11.9017,tTES=4.7831,tFSH=31.9515;Kupperman积分干预组[(9.84±1.38)分]明显低于对照组[(14.76±1.69)分],组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 豆制品饮食对围绝经期综合征患者性激素代谢紊乱具有一定的调节作用,能够显著改善患者的围绝经期症状,是一种值得进一步研究的干预措施.
Objective To investigate the influence of soy diet on perimenopausal syndrome (PS) women's hormone levels.Methods The study subjects were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received individualized dietary treatment,and the control group took oryzanol.The study subjects were followed up one year.The sex hormone levels in blood were detected before and after the experiment.Results After the intervention,the total efficacy was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (68.08% vs.40.00%).The hormone levels was better in the experimental group than in the control group (tE2 =14.8141,tPRO =11.9017,tTES =4.7831,tFSH =31.9515).The integral Kupperman score was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group [(9.84 ± 1.38) vs.(14.76 ± 1.69),P〈0.05].Conclusions Soy diet is regulatorily helpful for patients with perimenopausal hormone metabolism syndrome,can significantly improve perimenopausal symptoms,and is an intervention worth further study.
