摘要 目的 研究综合健康教育模式对受检人群掌握健康知识的效果.方法 将健康体检人群随机分干预组和对照组;两组均采用常规健康教育方式,干预组增加个体化健康教育方式;比较两组掌握健康知识情况.结果 干预组掌握高血脂、高血糖和高血压诊断标准、危害病因、饮食和运动干预等知识得分高于对照组(P<0.01),同时人群满意度也高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 综合健康教育模式应用于受检人群具有良好的效果. Objective To study the effect of comprehensive health education on the health-knowledge-mastering of examinees.Methods Healthy examinees were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group.Both groups received routine health education;in addition,the intervention group received individualized comprehensive health educaiton.The degree of health-knowledge-mastering was compared between these two groups.Results The knowledges about the diagnosis of of hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and hyperglycemic,harm causes,and diet and exercise intervention were mastered better and the degree of satisfaction about health examination was higher in the intervention group than in the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive health education for examinees is effective.
