活性碳纤维在石化废水处理中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 石油化工废水水质成分复杂、水质水量波动频繁、有毒有害物质含量高,对环境造成的威胁大。试验采用活性碳纤维对石化废水进行处理,考察了该材料对CODcr、氨氮、挥发酚、石油类的去除率,研究了活性碳纤维对石化废水净化的机理。试验结果表明活性碳纤维对石化废水中的CODcr、氨氮、挥发酚、石油类的去除率分别可高达80.4%、95%、94.6%、67.7%。碳纤维作为吸附剂及生物膜载体处理废水效率高,具有占地小、能耗小、污泥减量化、能够反复多次使用,运行成本较传统工艺低等优点,是一种良好的石化废水处理填料。 Untreated petrochemical wastewaters are harmful to the environment since they typically contain many toxic and persistent organic pollutants in high concentrations.So the quality and quantity fluctuate frequently.The treatment of petrochemical wastewater was investigated using activated carbon fiber.The removal efficiency of CODcr,ammonia nitrogen,volatile phenol,oil,and the mechanism of activated carbon fiber for purification were also studied.The results show the average removal rates of CODcr,ammonia nitrogen,volatile phenol,oil were 80.4%、90%、94.6%、67.7%,respectively.Activated carbon fiber as adsorbent and biofilm carrier is a good filler for petrochemical wastewater treatment.Because it has a great advantage,such as high efficiency,small footprint,low energy consumption,sludge reduction,reuse repeatedly,and low operating cost advantages compared to the traditional process.
