摘要
《水利工程维修养护定额标准》是编制水利工程维修养护项目预算的主要依据,首先阐述对《水利工程维修养护定额标准》进行适用性分析的必要性,其次从项目设置、定额单价、定额工作量、以及质量监督监理费费率这4个方面着手对《水利工程维修养护定额标准》的适用性进行分析,在此基础上从水管单位的角度出发,借鉴建筑工程预算编制的经验与方法,结合维修养护项目的特点提出改进措施,以期使水管单位维修养护项目预算的编制更加合理准确。
The Maintenance Quota of Water Conservancy is the main basis to compile the budgets of maintenance project.First of all,based on describing the necessity of applicability analysis,the applicability of The Maintenance Quota of Water Conservancy is analyzed from four aspects which include item setting,quantity of quota,unit price of quota and rate of supervision fee.Then,considering the characteristics of maintenance project,some improvement measures which water management units can take are proposed by using the experience of budget presentation of construction engineering for reference.These measures will make budgeting of maintenance project more accurate and reasonable.
