摘要
针对原观音岩水电站存在的水资源利用不足问题,提出了对其引水式开发的增效扩容方案,论证了方案的必要性。对方案中涉及的正蓄水位选择、装机容量拟定、引水线路选择以及引水隧洞形式的主要技术问题做出了分析,分析结果可供类似工程参考。其扩建效果的效益评估是一个多方面多层次的分析,结合模糊分析方法和多层次分析方法,在综合考虑定性定量定性因素下进行评价。评价结果表明,增效扩建方案带来的综合效益较好,方案切实可行。
To solve the poor utilization of water resources in the original Guanyinyan Hydro-power Station,the expansion program of diversion type development has been worked out,and its necessity of the scheme is demonstrated.The main technical problems plan involved in are analyzed,including the storage level selection,the capacity plan,water diversion route selection and the form of diversion tunnel.The analytic results can be used as a reference for similar projects.Its expansion effect of benefit evaluation is a multi?level analysis in many aspects.Evaluation process combined with the fuzzy analytic method and hierarchy analysis method,under the consideration of quantitative and qualitative factors.Valuation results show that the comprehensive benefits of synergistic expansion plan are considerable and the plan is feasible.
