高绩效人力资源实践、智力资本和企业自主创新能力的关系研究 被引量:10

Study on the Relationships among HPHRPs,Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Indigenous Innovative Capacity

摘要 对长三角地区346家高新技术企业的调查数据进行统计分析,结果显示,高绩效人力资源实践对智力资本有显著的正向影响,智力资本对自主创新能力有显著的正向影响;修正模型显示,人力资本和社会资本对组织资本有显著的正向影响;中介作用模型显示,高绩效人力资源实践、智力资本和企业自主创新能力呈现层级递进的逻辑关系。 The survey's 346 target respondents were selected from high-tech development zone in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang. The results indicate that the three part of HPHRPs all have significant positive effects on intellectual capital, and intellectual capital has significant positive effect on indigenous innovative capacity. The modified model indicates that human capital and social capital have significant positive effects on organizational capital, and the mediated model indicates that HPHRPs, intellectual capital and indigenous innovative capacity have the logical relationship of promotion.
