摘要 目的:对山栀茶的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用正、反相硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等柱层析方法分离纯化山栀茶,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从山栀茶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为(1)丁香脂素-4,4'-双-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、(2)紫丁香苷、(3)3,4,5-三甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、(4)丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、(5)异落叶松树脂醇-9'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、(6)南烛木树脂酚-9'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、(7)芥子醛葡萄糖苷。结论:化合物(2),(4),(5),(7)为首次从该植物中分离得到,为山栀茶质量控制指标性成分的选择提供了依据。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Pittosporum glabratum.Methods: Various column chromatographic techniques including silica gel column chromatography( CC),reversed phase C18 CC and Sephadex LH-20 CC were used to isolate the constituents of P.Glabratum,whose structures were determined by physicochemical property and spectroscopic analysis.Results: Seven compounds were isolated from P. glabratum and their structures were identified as( 1)syringaresinol-4,4 '-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,( 2) syringin,( 3) 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-Dapiofuranosyl-( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside,( 4) syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,( 5) isolariciresinol 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,( 6) lyoniresinol 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and( 7) sinapaldehyde glucoside. Conclusions: Compounds( 2),( 4),( 5),and( 7) are isolated from P. glabratum for the first time and can be regarded as the chemical markers for P. Glabratumt's quality control.
