三种固定剂制作小肠潘氏细胞切片效果比较

摘要 目的:观察改良Helly氏固定液、Bouin液和Carnoy液制作小鼠空肠切片对潘氏细胞的显示效果。方法:取小鼠空肠,采用改良Helly氏固定液、Bouin液和Carnoy液固定,对小肠组织HE染色,光学显微镜下观察染色效果。结果:改良Helly氏固定液能清晰显示小肠的潘氏细胞及细胞核轮廓,染色简单,而Bouin液和Carnoy液制片未见潘氏细胞。结论:改良Helly氏固定液制作切片能更清楚显示潘氏细胞及细胞核轮廓。
