三味龙胆花片联合雾化吸入治疗急性咽炎94例临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of orally taken Sanweil Longdanhua Tablets combined with aerosol inhalation on 94 cases with acute pharyngitis

目的评价三味龙胆花片治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法 94例急性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(47例)。治疗组口服三味龙胆花片联合雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,对照组仅予以雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,疗程5天。观察比较两组患者的症状及体征评分,分析疗效差异。结果治疗组总有效率89.36%,对照组为76.59%(P<0.05)。比较两组的症状及体征评分,组间差异具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三味龙胆花片联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽炎临床疗效确切而且安全。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of a combined therapy with Sanweil Longdanhua Tablets（SWLDHP） orally taken and aerosol inhalation of budesonide for the treatment of acute pharyngitis. Methods Ninty-four cases of acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group（TG, 47cases） and control group（CG, 47）. Patients in TG were treated with the combined therapy with SWLDHP and atomized budesonide suspension, while those in CG were treated only with atomized budesonide suspension, with the therapy lasted for five days in both groups. Then, their scores of signs and symptoms as well as adverse events of the therapy were observed and graded in a comparative way to evaluate their differences between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TG was 89.36%, while it was 76.59% in CG, with the P value0.05. When comparing the scores of symptoms and signs, there were also obvious differences between these two groups, with significantly statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions It can be confirmed that this combined therapy with SWLDHP） orally taken and aerosol inhalation of budesonide is effective and safe for the treatment of acute pharyngitis.
