IL-9在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者中的检测及意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者检测白介素9(IL-9)的临床意义。方法选取2010年12月至2013年12月收治的116例CRSwNP患者作为实验组,以109例鼻中隔偏曲或鼻腔血管瘤等鼻部非炎性疾病患者作为对照组,比较两组患者静脉血和鼻黏膜组织中的IL-9水平。结果 IL-9在CRSwNP患者血浆和鼻黏膜中的含量明显增加,且IL-9mRNA在鼻黏膜组织中的光密度值也明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-9在CRSwNP患者高表达,可作为一个潜在的临床检测指标。
