憩室内乳头气囊扩张后取胆总管结石应用体会 被引量：3

摘要 随着人口老龄化，临床上胆总管结石合并憩室内乳头的患者越来越多，因十二指肠乳头在憩室内，造成ERCP插管、切开、取石的困难明显增加，行常规十二指肠乳头切开（EST）后取石并发症多且难度大。1982年Staritz等首先应用内镜下乳头气囊扩张术（endoscopic papillary balloon dilation，EPBD）治疗胆总管结石获得成功，其具有创伤小，避免ERCP术后出血、穿孔等并发症的优点。
