胃流出道恶性梗阻支架的出口位置与治疗效果探讨
摘要
原发或继发性胃窦、十二指肠肿瘤晚期往往会出现胃流出道梗阻现象，在胃流出道放置自膨胀金属支架以解除梗阻，改善患者营养，提高患者生活质量，延长患者生命，已经是公认的姑息治疗措施之一，但也会出现术后效果不一，以及引起支架移位、再梗阻、消化道出血、十二指肠穿孔等不良事件。
