摘要
针对传统中央空调计费系统存在计费误差大、系统工作不稳定等问题,分析了中央空调冷量交换的主要原理及冷量采集方法,提出了一种基于8051软核为控制核心的中央空调计费系统优化设计方案,介绍了8051软核硬件电路的构建方法及MCU程序设计流程。采用Altera公司推出的CYCLONEⅡ系列FPGA构建SOC系统,能够高速采集风机盘管与空调房间的冷量交换量,实时计算并显示电费,从而优化了中央空调计费系统。实践证明,该系统具有体积小、精确度高、稳定性好等优点,具有较好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of central air conditioning cost ging,unstable system, the paper analyzes the main principle of change and cold energy acquisition method, and puts forward an conditioning charging system, such as great error in the charcentral air conditioning cold energy exoptimization design scheme of central air system base on 8051 soft - core as controlling core. It introduces the hardware circuit construction method base on 8051 soft - core and the MCU program design flow chart. The SOC system constructed by CYCLONE Ⅱ series FPGA of Altera company, which can acquire cold energy exchange from fan coil to air - conditioning room at a high speed, real - time compute and display the electricity bills, therefore, the central air - conditioning charging system is optimized. Practice has proved that this system has a small volume, high accuracy, great stability and has a good prospect.
