摘要
为研究投产时入口流体温度、环境温度对气液两相流管道输送的影响,采用OLGA多相流数值模拟软件,建立外输管道传热模型,得到投产初期不同输送温度下管道末端段塞流捕集器的油气处理量;分析了季节因素导致的地温差异对气液两相流管道输送的影响;得到由于温度差异导致的管道内压力、总积液量、气液两相体积流量的变化。在相同输送条件下流体温度越低管道末端分离出的液相体积流量越大,管道内的总积液量也越大;相反,随着流体温度的升高,管道末端分离出的液量逐渐减少,管道内的总积液量也减少。
As a research of fluid temperature and environment temperature impact on the gas&oil two phase flow pipeline, this paper uses OLGA simulation software and establishes heat - transfer model to get the different flow rate of gas and condensate in the outlet of slug catcher between different transport temperatures during commissioning stage. The influence of ground temperature differences caused by seasonal factors,which lead to pipeline commissioning of two - phase flow pipeline transportation is analyzed. The different pressure, total liquid contain, volume flow of gas and condensate in different temperature at any time during commissioning stage are concluded. Under the same condition of fluid temperature, the lower temperature and the greater liquid volume flow will be got at the end of the pipeline, and vice versa.
