我国蔬菜生产成本、效益及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Cost, Benefit and Their Influence Factors of Vegetable Production in China

通过对全国蔬菜种植户进行问卷调查,分析了我国蔬菜生产成本以及效益现状。采用柯布道格拉斯生产函数对蔬菜生产的投入要素对蔬菜产量的贡献率进行测算,发现我国蔬菜生产中劳动力投入、化肥投入、农家肥投入和种植面积等对蔬菜产出具有显著性贡献。同时采用多元线性回归模型对影响蔬菜效益的因素进行分析,发现劳动力投入、种苗投入、化肥投入、农家肥投入、地膜投入、灌溉费、技术服务费、其他费用和蔬菜种植面积对蔬菜生产效益有正向影响。

Through the questionnaire survey of the national vegetable growers, we analyzed the cost and benefit of local vegetable production, and calculated the contribution rate of input factors of vegetable production on vegetable yield by using Cobb-Douglas production function. The results showed that, labor input, fertilizer input, farmyard manure input and planting area and so on had significant contribution on vegetable yield in our country. At the same time, we analyzed the factors affecting vegetable benefit by using multiple linear regression model, furthermore, we found that the labor input, seed and seedling input, chemical fertilizer input, farmyard manure input, mulching film input, irrigation fee, technical service fee, other costs and planting area had positive effects on vegetable production benefit.
