Status, Problems and Countermeasures on Konjac Industry Development in Enshi

通过对恩施州魔芋种植、加工、市场销售和科技支撑等方面进行全面梳理,对恩施州魔芋产业的制约因素进行了剖析,并提出了加大基地建设力度、发展魔芋精深加工、开展科技攻关、争取产业资金投入等对策措施,以促进魔芋产业快速发展。

This paper reviewed the konjac planting, processing, marketing and sales and technical support in Enshi prefecture, and analyzed the restricting factors of Enshi konjac industry in detail. Additionally, it put forward some countermeasures to promote the rapid development of Enshi konjac industry, such as strengthening base construction, promoting deep processing of konjac, carrying out science and technology research, and striving for industrial capital investment and so on.
