摘要
纳米靶向给药系统可以增强药物在病变部位的浓度和疗效,同时也可以最大限度地降低药物的毒副作用,因此已成为现代药剂学研究的重要内容,其中对纳米载体材料的研究也越来越多。对2013年度国内学者在纳米靶向给药制剂中载体材料的研究与开发进展进行综述。
Nano particle-based targeted drug delivery system has become a research focus in pharmaceutics for its potential to increase drug concentration at the site of disease and drug efficacy as well as to decrease side effect and toxicity. More and more attention has been paid to the materials used lbr nano-carriers. Domestic research progress in rnaterials for nano-carrier of targeted drug delivery system in 2013 was reviewed in this paper.
