摘要
文秋芳和周燕提出的教师发展互动模式,由于其拥有的人力和物质资源的不可比拟性,在普通高校并不具备普适性。而以国内访问学者为主体,以计算机网络为互动平台建立的教师实践共同体,则能有效地整合重点高校的优质资源,将"国内访问学者"计划的科研效益最大化,成为"后访学时代"教师专业发展的新途径,与文、周的互动模式形成互补。
The interactive model of foreign languages teachers' professional development suggested by WEN Qiufang and ZHOU Yan are not practical in average colleges due to their excellent resources. The interactive model introduced in the present research which is composed by visiting scholars from various colleges, by exploring communicative function of Internet, can serve as another choice. The model, on the one hand, integrates resources of advanced colleges, and on the other hand,becomes a new approach of teachers' professional development.
