摘要
固井是钻井作业中的重要工序,很难有重复作业的机会,必须一次性实现质量要求。但是由于客观因素的存在,不可避免地会发生某些固井事故,如"插旗杆"事故便是固井事故中的典型。渤海某区块N13井在一开444.5mm井眼作业时由于轨迹偏斜,需要注水泥回填侧钻,注水泥后水泥浆闪凝发生"插旗杆"事故。在对N13井基本情况、事故发生经过做简单介绍的基础上,分析了保证槽口再利用和轨迹防碰可控条件下的浅层"插旗杆"的一些处理思路并在N13井取得成功应用。
Cementing is an important step in well drilling, and it must achieve to the quality requirements once. But because of a variety of factors, sometimes cementing accidents will occur. "Drilling rod stuck" is a typical cementing accident. The accident occurred on N13 well of Bohai Oilfield in 444.5 mm borehole operation. On the basis of introducing the information of N13 well and the process of the accident, the thinking for dealing with the type of accidents is presented, and it is successfully applied to N13 well.
