略论清水江中下游地区碑刻的社会价值及保护

The Social Values and Preservation of the Inscriptions in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Qingshuijiang River Basin

清水江中下游苗侗族地区民间遗存着大量的碑刻,碑刻涉及的政治、军事、经济、社会等各个方面内容,对了解和研究这一地区的社会历史发展具有重要的价值。然这些碑刻保存的状况甚是堪忧,亟需进行保护。

There exist a large number of civil inscriptions in the Miao and Dong areas in the middle and low-er reaches of the Qingshuijiang River Basin,which are concerned with different categories such as politics,mili-tary,economy,and society,and are of great values for the understanding and study of the social and historical development of this region.However,the present situation for the preservation of these inscriptions is not opti-mistic.Urgent need and consideration should be taken for the preservation of these valuable instruments.
