漯芝16号耐渍性鉴定及其相关机理研究

摘要 鉴定了漯芝16号与漯12、豫芝4号耐渍能力,并分析了它们根系特征和生理指标的差异,结果表明,漯芝16号在萎蔫株率低于其他2个品种;根系鲜重、伤流量、根系活力均高于其他2个品种;渍水处理后漯芝16号叶片中SOD、POD均高于其他2个品种,验证了漯芝16号耐渍能力优于其他2个品种。
