摘要
设计一种基于STC89C52RC单片机的直流稳压电源及漏电保护系统.由RLC分立元器件组成的串联型稳压电路对电压变化进行自动调整,使输出直流电压稳定.采用高侧测量电流并联监视器INA138采集电源电流信号,利用16位AD7705模数转换器将电流信号转换成单片机能处理的数字信号,并在带有中文字库的12864液晶实时显示测量出的电压、电流、功率.实验表明,该漏电保护直流稳压电源能完成输出电压为5±0.02V,输出额定电流为1A,电压调整率和负载调整率都小于1%.该电源系统误差较小,能够满足直流稳压电源及电网漏电保护的各项性能指标要求.
A DC regulated power supply and electric leakage protection system based on the STC89C52RC MCU is designed. Series voltage stabilizing circuit consists of RLC discrete components automatically adjusts the voltage variation,so that the output DC voltage stability. Using high-side, unipolar, current shunt INA138 monitor catch power supply current signals that utilize16 bit analog-digital converter converts current signals into the MCU can handle digital signals and then real-time display measured voltage, current, power by 12864 LCD with Chinese character. The experiments show that the D.c. stabilized source with leakage protection can complete the output voltage is 5±0.02V, the output rating current is 1A,voltage and load adjusted ratio is less than 1%. With minor errors, the system can fulfiled the DC power supply and power leakage protection re-quirements of performance indicators.
