我国区域生产效率的差异性研究

A Difference Research on China Regional Productivity

区域生产效率的差异不仅受各地区投入要素(资本、劳动、技术)的影响,还受到制度环境的影响。文章利用三阶段DEA模型对1990-2012年我国的区域生产效率进行了测度及差异性分析。研究表明:在未考虑制度环境时,我国区域生产效率水平表现为东部最高,西部最低;五大制度环境变量均对区域生产效率具有显著性影响;经制度变量调整后,我国三大地区生产效率水平均下降且区际间差异变大。因此,制度改进将有助于缩小区域间生产效率的差异,进一步的制度变迁是解决我国区域经济发展不平衡的必由之路。

The differences in regional productivity are affected not only by the input elements （capital, labor and technology）, but also by the institutional environment. By means of three-stage DEA model, China regional productivity from 1990 to 2012 is measured and analyzed through a difference research. The results show that the regional productivity is highest in Eastern China and lowest in Western China if the institutional environment is not taken into consideration, and that the five institutional environment variables have significant influence on regional productivity, but the regional productivity in the three major areas of China decreases without increasing regional differences when the institutional variables are adjusted. Therefore, the institutional improvement helps to narrow the differences between regional productivity and solve the problem of unbalanced regional economic development in China.
