摘要
规划空间耦合是国土规划研究中的一项重要内容,也是国土空间类型划分,国土空间结构和布局优化的重要基础和前提。以自然地类为基础评价单元,从微观尺度梯次开展生态重要性、耕地适宜性和建设适宜性评价,进而获取生态保护空间、优质耕地空间和建设开发空间,并与主体功能区规划确定的对应的空间类型进行耦合分析。结果表明:微观尺度评价下的空间分区比主体功能区规划空间划分更加精细,对指导区域国土空间开发、利用、保护更具有现实指导意义。
Planning spatial coupling is an important content in land research program,and also an important foundation and prerequisite about classification.The study focused on the structural and layout optimization of the land space evaluation based on the natural land-type,carrying out ecological importance,arable land suitability and construction suitability assessment from the microscopic scale echelon,obtaining ecological protection space,the development of high quality arable land space and building space,thereby,making coupling analysis with the space type planning by the main functional areas plan.The result shows that:the spatial zoning under micro-scale evaluation is finer than the main functional areas plan,making more practical significance to guide the development,utilization and protection of regional land space.
