合芜蚌自主创新试验区人才支持战略研究

Talent-Supporting Strategy for Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Pilot Area of Independent Innovation

区域经济发展需要创新元素的推动,创新需要资源的支撑。在所有的资源中,人才资源是最根本的资源。文章以合芜蚌自主创新试验区为研究对象,分析了其人才资源现状及人才资源环境,并从人才引进机制、人才培养机制、人才评价机制、人才激励机制等四个角度构建了试验区人才支持战略,该战略有助于试验区的人才引进和自主创新。

Regional economic development depends on innovative elements. Innovation needs the support of resources,among all of which,talent resources is the most fundamental. This paper takes the Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu pilot area as its research object,first an-alyzes the current situation and environment of talent resources. Then,it structures a talent-supporting strategy from the four angles of talent introduction mechanism,talent training mechanism,talent evaluation mechanism and talent incentive mechanism. This strategy will contribute to the talent introduction and independent innovation of the pilot areas.
