南社社友秦铸花考论

A Survey Study to Nanshe Member QIN Zhu- hua

南社社员秦铸花,是民国期间一位颇有成就的学者和教育家。本文对秦铸花的名字、籍贯以及生平事迹进行了详细的考证,认为秦铸花是江苏淮阴王营镇人,平生主要从事教育事业,也曾担任过地方新闻报业的记者,爱国爱乡,积极宣传进步思想。此外,本文还对秦铸花的学术成就进行了中肯的评价。

Nanshe member QIN Zhuhua is an accomplished scholar and educator during the Republic of China. This paper is a detailed survey study to his name, domicile of origin, and life affairs. It holds that QIN Zhuhua is a native of Wangying Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. He spent most of his life as an educator, a journalist in local newspapers, a patriot to his home- town and to his motherland, and an active initiator to progressive thoughts. In the end, this article makes a critical and pertinent comment on his academic achievements.
