图书馆新生培训新模式探索与实践

摘要 图书馆新生培训传统做法往往走2个极端,一种是"极为重视"把培训课程当成一门课程来开设,每周安排2~3学时,学生上课"没兴趣",另一种是"极为轻视"走马灯"泛谈式"的培训,学生上课"没着地",以上两种做法培训效果均不尽人意,为此我们进行了新生培训新模式探索与实践:制作图文、声像并茂教学课件供学生自主学习,设计制作"网上考试"系统把住质量关,学生考核成绩达到90分以上开通书证使用权限。此举有效调动了学生的兴趣和积极性,提高了教学质量和效果,给新生清新信息化气息。 Traditionally, the freshmen training courses of using the library go to two extremes : one is "paying close attention", namely the training courses are treated as a regular curriculum, and freshmen ~re not interested in the 2 -3 hours weekly curriculum; the other one is "paying no attention", namely the freshmen learn nothing from the broadly training courses. The two types of training courses above failed to achieve our training goal. In this case, we try to make exploration and practice on new modes: freshmen are self - directed learning with teaching courseware, then taking the online examination. Permissions of using the library are open to those who pass the examination with more than 90 points. These new modes stimulate their interest, and improve the quality of the training courses.
